About the role

Bosch Service Solutions India provides business process outsourcing services to Bosch and external clients. The Finance Business Partner will deliver financial reporting and analysis, advise operations on commercial performance, and support pricing and process improvements.

What you'll do

Produce management planning and financial reports from headcount plans through P&L
Reconcile and summarize data for management
Analyze KPI variances and root causes, then recommend corrective measures
Improve processes across operations and finance
Partner with operations managers to report on commercial KPIs
Support sales pricing for new services and changes to client scope
