City Greens builds automated, AI-driven controlled-environment farms and supplies produce through a buy-back program. The Finance Controller oversees financial close, reporting, compliance, audits, and controls across the company’s operations.

• Own month-end and year-end close across entities
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS, budgets, and variance analysis
• Oversee tax, payroll, and corporate compliance requirements
• Manage statutory and internal audits and coordinate with auditors
• Design financial controls and approval workflows
• Coordinate finance across India, UK, and UAE operations
