About the role
Omnissa provides an AI-driven digital work platform for secure, flexible work experiences, including device management and virtual apps. This engineer owns product testing and automation while investigating field issues and feeding findings into engineering improvements.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain functional, regression, integration, and system-level tests
- Own test automation strategy and improve coverage across release cycles
- Investigate, reproduce, and triage complex field-reported issues
- Enrich issue tickets with technical evidence and reproduction steps
- Validate fixes and verify regression behavior
- Analyze field issue patterns and improve tests, observability, and diagnostics
