About the role
nVent designs and manufactures electrical connection and protection solutions for equipment, buildings, and critical processes. The GL Accountant will manage close activities, reconciliations, reporting, audit support, and statutory accounting for multiple entities.
What you'll do
- Complete month-end close activities for assigned legal entities
- Prepare and post journal entries and accruals
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve open items
- Review intercompany mismatches and coordinate their resolution
- Support statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Prepare financial statements, schedules, and audit documentation
