About the role
3M develops products and solutions across a range of industries. This coordinator will manage digital asset workflows, governance, stakeholder requests, and operational reporting for global teams.
What you'll do
- Coordinate global digital asset projects, requests, timelines, and delivery risks
- Translate business requirements into work items and DAM system enhancements
- Maintain metadata standards, asset quality, audits, and repository lifecycle processes
- Track service metrics and workflow data using Workfront, Power BI, and Excel
- Coordinate photography production, quality reviews, and publication-ready asset delivery
