About the role
Prudential provides insurance and financial services across multiple markets. The Group Digital Enterprise Architect will lead enterprise architecture direction, governance, and solution architecture teams to support modernization and digital transformation.
What you'll do
- Define enterprise architecture direction and target-state designs
- Create architecture roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Establish and enforce group architecture policies and standards
- Oversee solution designs and manage a team of solution architects
- Review architecture proposals and resolve design conflicts
