About the role
Prudential provides life insurance and protection services. You will lead policy servicing application delivery, architecture, integrations, and the engineering team.
What you'll do
- Lead the engineering team responsible for policy servicing applications
- Design scalable, secure, high-performing applications and integrations
- Deliver end-to-end servicing platform lifecycle initiatives
- Drive automation and digital transformation in customer servicing
- Establish software frameworks, standards, and testing guidelines
- Oversee application management and technical support after go-live
