About the role
Prudential’s Enterprise Technology team delivers technology products to internal and external customers. This developer will enhance ServiceNow ITSM capabilities through platform configuration, scripting, integrations, and production support.
What you'll do
- Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Configure workflows and automate processes with Flow Designer
- Build integrations with external systems using APIs and IntegrationHub
- Review code, manage Update Sets, and support release cycles
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and regression testing
