Head - Finance Shared Service Center (India)

SAP Fioneer provides software and platforms for banking and insurance processes. The Finance SSC head will establish and lead the India finance operations hub, transition finance processes, and oversee service delivery and governance.

• Set up the Finance Shared Service Center supporting global operations
• Define the center’s operating model, performance metrics, and roadmap
• Transition procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report processes
• Recruit, develop, and manage the finance operations team
• Implement standardized processes, controls, and automation
• Monitor service KPIs and SLAs and coordinate with global stakeholders
