About the role
Egis provides engineering, consulting, construction and mobility services, including transportation infrastructure projects. The Head of Bridges will lead bridge project delivery, manage an engineering team and develop the division’s capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead planning, design and execution of bridge infrastructure projects
- Develop initiatives to improve bridge engineering capabilities and delivery efficiency
- Manage project budgets, timelines and resource allocation
- Mentor and oversee civil engineers and technical professionals
- Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies for bridge projects
- Ensure safety, quality, environmental and regulatory compliance
