• Lead international operations strategy and performance
• Manage revenue, profitability, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency
• Build and manage operations teams, capacity, and resource allocation
• Improve workflows using AI, automation, and data analytics
• Strengthen client delivery, onboarding, escalations, and account growth
