About the role
Egis provides consulting, construction engineering, and mobility services, while 10 Design delivers architecture and master planning projects. The engineer will develop highway designs, analyze safety and traffic considerations, and guide project delivery and junior engineers.
What you'll do
- Develop highway alignment, grading, drainage, and traffic control plans
- Create 3D models and construction drawings using highway design software
- Analyze traffic patterns, environmental impacts, and safety considerations
- Ensure designs comply with highway standards and regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
