About the role
Johnson Controls provides HVAC systems and service solutions. The service manager will lead HVAC maintenance operations and field teams, address customer issues, and drive service performance and revenue.
What you'll do
- Manage preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and AMC execution
- Supervise service engineers and technicians resolving customer issues
- Monitor service KPIs, response times, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Drive AMC renewals, modernization opportunities, and spare parts sales
- Coordinate service delivery with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Review reports and schedules, and train and develop team members
