Invoice to Cash Senior Analyst

Kenvue develops consumer health and personal care products, including well-known household brands. The analyst will manage Thailand’s invoice-to-cash cycle, collections, account reconciliations, disputes, reporting and process improvements.

• Manage collections for Thailand and follow up on overdue invoices
• Review AR ageing and prioritize overdue accounts by value and risk
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes, deductions and account discrepancies
• Reconcile customer accounts and prepare AR forecasts and reports
• Support credit assessments, sales order holds, month-end close and audits
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to automation and continuous improvement
