About the role
Thomson Reuters provides specialized software, insights, and trusted information to professionals and institutions worldwide. The IT Procurement Manager will lead technology sourcing, negotiate supplier agreements, optimize spend, and strengthen supplier performance and procurement compliance.
What you'll do
- Lead sourcing activities from requirements gathering through contract execution
- Develop sourcing strategies using competitive RFx processes and e-auctions
- Analyze spend, contracts, budgets, and market trends for value opportunities
- Negotiate complex technology supplier agreements across multiple geographies
- Manage supplier performance and drive procurement compliance initiatives
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Information Security on contracts and risk
