• Define research strategy aligned with the AI/ML roadmap
• Lead AI initiatives from experimentation through production
• Design and evaluate RAG architectures and agentic systems
• Establish evaluation methods and technical standards
• Mentor scientists and guide cross-functional delivery
• Deliver production code with MLOps practices
