About the role
TransPerfect's DataForce team delivers AI data projects and automation for quality management, project management and analytics. You will build and operate agent-based automation, manage data delivery projects, and measure quality and production outcomes.
What you'll do
- Build automation combining deterministic tools and LLM agents
- Configure and monitor agents, data connections, schedules and failure handling
- Design QA workflows, rubrics and scorecards
- Manage data collection and annotation projects through delivery
- Analyse production and quality data and create actionable reporting
- Test automation and maintain continuous auditing workflows
