About the role

Lilly discovers and delivers medicines and supports healthcare worldwide. The GOSO Data Strategy and AI Lead will shape data and AI platforms, production ML and agentic systems, and develop a small multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

Define and operationalize the GOSO data and AI strategy
Architect scalable data platforms and semantic data services
Deploy and improve production ML pipelines and MLOps practices
Design multi-agent AI architectures with human escalation
Coordinate data and AI initiatives with technology and business teams
Mentor analysts, data engineers, and AI practitioners
