About the role
Eli Lilly develops and delivers medicines and supports health through research and healthcare services. You will analyze payer and formulary access data and deliver insights, reporting, and data products for access strategy decisions.
What you'll do
- Extract and validate formulary coverage, tier placement, and utilization restrictions
- Analyze payer and PBM decisions and competitive access positioning
- Build AI-enabled KPI reporting and present analytical findings
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for analysis products
- Improve data quality and governance practices for data products
- Prepare summaries, presentations, and recommendations from access analyses
