Advisor - ML Engineering & Operations

Lilly's Bengaluru analytics team builds data and insights capabilities for commercial teams supporting medicines across global markets. This engineer will design and operate production ML and agentic AI systems, including pipelines, LLM applications, and integrations with another engineering team.

• Design ML architecture, feature engineering, and production pipelines
• Orchestrate deployments and monitor production ML systems
• Build agentic AI applications and retrieval-augmented generation systems
• Own LLMOps practices, including evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails
• Define technical contracts and integration boundaries with another engineering team
• Review designs and code and unblock junior engineers
