About the role
Visa operates a global payments technology network connecting consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and governments. You will design and build production GenAI systems, guide engineering teams, and ensure solutions meet enterprise reliability, security, and responsible AI standards.
What you'll do
- Design architecture for LLM agents, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning workflows
- Build and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and LLM frameworks
- Guide engineers through code reviews, mentorship, and technical direction
- Establish engineering standards for testing, CI/CD, security, and reliability
- Lead Agile delivery and remove execution blockers
- Apply responsible AI, privacy, fairness, and security guardrails
