About the role
TransPerfect provides a SaaS HRMS and payroll platform. This specialist supports customers with Indian payroll, statutory compliance and product issues, and coordinates resolutions with internal teams.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot payroll calculations, configurations and compliance issues
- Guide customers through payroll execution, validation and finalization
- Own escalated support cases through resolution
- Coordinate product defects and fixes with internal teams
- Create support guides, FAQs and troubleshooting notes
