About the role
TransPerfect provides customer support for a SaaS HRMS and payroll platform. This specialist will resolve complex payroll, compliance and product queries while coordinating with customers and internal teams.
What you'll do
- Resolve complex payroll, compliance and product support cases
- Investigate payroll calculation, configuration and process issues
- Handle high-priority customer cases through resolution
- Coordinate customer issues with product, development, QA and operations teams
- Contribute to UAT, knowledge resources and process improvements
