About the role
HPE Aruba provides enterprise network access and Network Access Control solutions, including ClearPass. This engineer will support global customers by troubleshooting connectivity, authentication and access-control issues.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot wired and wireless connectivity and authentication issues
- Resolve ClearPass, 802.1X, RADIUS and guest authentication problems
- Analyze logs, configurations and packet captures
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in ticketing tools
- Escalate complex cases to senior engineers
- Follow support processes and SLAs across rotational shifts
