About the role
HPE develops hybrid-cloud platforms and services, including its GreenLake private-cloud platform. This engineer will automate, maintain, and improve VM Essentials clusters and CloudOps infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Automate VM lifecycle management, provisioning, patching, and configuration
- Write scripts for health checks, capacity reporting, and routine operations
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux servers, services, storage, and networking
- Improve infrastructure-change pipelines and self-healing automation
- Support integration between orchestration tools and infrastructure
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, and runbooks
