About the role
Lastminute.com is a travel technology company offering dynamic holiday packages. The accountant will manage accounting operations and support financial closing, tax compliance, reconciliations, and reporting for Indian entities.
What you'll do
- Record daily accounting entries and maintain books in the ERP system
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, journals, and petty cash transactions
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Coordinate GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and audit requirements
- Assist with GST refunds and RBI-related returns
