About the role
Payoneer provides a global financial platform for cross-border business, payments and compliance. The KYC Representative reviews high-value APAC customer applications, assesses risk and supports enhanced due diligence and operational improvements.
What you'll do
- Perform end-to-end KYC reviews for high-value APAC customers
- Review and validate customer documents using internal tools and external sources
- Assess customer risk and identify inconsistencies or unusual patterns
- Conduct enhanced due diligence and deep-dive analysis on complex cases
- Escalate high-risk or ambiguous cases with rationale and recommended actions
- Identify process gaps and contribute to workflow improvements and automation
