About the role
Payoneer provides global financial services for businesses, including cross-border payments and compliance tools. This person will run scalable customer lifecycle programs and improve customer success execution, adoption, retention and growth.
What you'll do
- Design and run onboarding, adoption, renewal and win-back programs
- Use customer data and health scores to segment customers and guide interventions
- Partner with Operations, Marketing and Product to build and measure customer plays
- Drive adoption of processes, systems and tools
- Analyze business performance and identify operational improvements
- Lead regional team training on tools, products and commercial topics
