• Lead end-to-end architecture and author HLD and LLD documents
• Build scalable microservices using Java or Python
• Design high-throughput, low-latency and fault-tolerant systems
• Optimize services through caching, sharding, load balancing and concurrency
• Define SLOs and SLIs and drive observability
• Resolve incidents, conduct root-cause analysis and mentor engineers
