About the role
Tarento provides digital transformation, product engineering and enterprise solutions to clients across industries. This person will manage HR operations, support employee services and compliance, and analyze HR data to improve processes and employee experience.
What you'll do
- Manage employee onboarding, induction and documentation
- Support payroll, reimbursements and HR employee queries
- Maintain employee data and HRMS records
- Prepare HR metrics reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Support HR audits, compliance and global immigration processes
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes
