About the role
HackerRank provides skills-based hiring and upskilling products for companies. You will evolve its data platform and build secure data capabilities and customer-facing features, including AI-enabled data products.
What you'll do
- Evolve the StarRocks, Hudi, Trino, Spark and Ranger data platform
- Build structured datasets for natural language querying and AI features
- Own exports, insights dashboards, interview analytics and custom reports
- Enable self-service data pipelines for internal teams
- Enforce data security policies and AI output guardrails
- Lead technical design reviews and define data engineering standards
