- Manage collections and working capital metrics for the assigned portfolio
- Develop cash acceleration strategies with business leaders
- Lead resolution of complex customer disputes and account escalations
- Drive invoice-to-cash transformation and process standardization
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit, and SOX requirements
- Coach and develop the invoice-to-cash team
