About the role
Maxwell Energy System develops chargers and vehicle control electronics. The Lead Mechanical Engineer will design, simulate, develop and test mechanical housings and components for these products.
What you'll do
- Develop mechanical design concepts for chargers, MCU and VCU products
- Design metal, plastic and rubber components
- Perform tolerance, thermal and vibration analyses
- Integrate PCBA mechanically with the ECAD team
- Define assembly processes and mechanical validation tests
- Coordinate suppliers, prototyping and release of design artifacts

- Ip67 design
- Mechanical product development
