Maxwell supplies advanced electronics to automotive Tier 1 companies and works with automotive OEMs in India and abroad. The Strategic Sourcing leader will secure semiconductor supplies, manage vendor relationships and lead procurement strategy and a team.

• Develop strategies to mitigate semiconductor shortages and secure production supplies
• Negotiate pricing terms and short- and long-term shipments
• Manage semiconductor vendor relationships and distributor relationships
• Lead sourcing and purchasing worth 500 crore INR
• Manage and delegate work to the sourcing team
• Coordinate with production and sales teams
