About the role
Maxwell Energy Systems develops electronics for electric mobility, including battery management systems, chargers and motor controllers. This engineer will own automotive hardware from architecture and circuit design through validation and production.
What you'll do
- Own automotive control-board development from requirements through production
- Design analog, digital and power electronics for EV systems
- Lead PCB architecture, layout decisions and design reviews
- Validate, debug and release hardware through production
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and improve hardware design practices
