About the role
nVent provides electrical connection and protection solutions for industrial equipment, buildings and critical processes. This role designs embedded test automation frameworks, leads test strategy and suites, and improves coverage, quality metrics and CI/CD integration.
What you'll do
- Design scalable test automation architectures for embedded systems
- Define reusable automation standards, components and framework guidelines
- Lead automated test suite design and ensure broad testing coverage
- Monitor quality KPIs and optimize test execution reliability
- Drive the automation roadmap and make complex test strategy decisions
