• Design and maintain automation frameworks for web applications
• Manage QA engineers by planning work and monitoring progress
• Coordinate project status, resourcing, and risks with project managers
• Report QA achievements and issues to leadership
• Improve code quality and automation test performance
• Develop automation strategy with technical and non-technical teams
