About the role
Airbus develops aerospace, defense, and connected-services products, with cloud technology supporting its digital transformation. The Cloud FinOps Architect will optimize multi-cloud spending, establish financial governance, and advise teams and executives on cost and cloud efficiency.
What you'll do
- Develop cloud cost strategies, budgets, forecasts, and allocation models
- Analyze multi-cloud usage and recommend architectural cost optimizations
- Establish cloud financial governance and compliance policies
- Build cloud cost dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports
- Integrate FinOps platforms and automate cost controls in DevOps pipelines
- Train engineering teams and promote cloud cost accountability
