About the role
PwC India provides managed fund accounting services to institutional clients across global markets. The director will lead fund accounting delivery, client governance, large teams, and operational transformation.
What you'll do
- Lead fund accounting close, NAV preparation, allocations, and investment accounting
- Govern client operations and manage risks and escalations
- Embed operational controls and drive root-cause remediation
- Lead a 75–100-person organization and develop future leaders
- Set a multi-year agenda for standardization and automation
- Drive client engagement planning and managed-services business growth
