About the role
6sense develops technology focused on helping companies improve growth, retention, and efficiency. The Engineering Manager will lead engineering delivery and people development while guiding technical decisions, AI-assisted work, and incident response.
What you'll do
- Lead sprint planning, dependencies, release readiness, and delivery for 6–12 engineers
- Review code and AI-generated output and define appropriate human oversight
- Guide architecture decisions, technical debt, and incident response
- Coach engineers, run 1:1s, and create development plans
- Partner with product and manage escalations, root-cause analyses, and support SLAs
