About the role
6sense provides technology for business growth, retention, and efficiency. This individual contributor will coordinate R&D portfolio planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, and governance while improving delivery practices through Agile coaching and automation.
What you'll do
- Maintain portfolio baselines, commitments, milestones, dependencies, and capacity assumptions
- Track execution progress and coordinate responses to material portfolio changes
- Improve portfolio metrics, dashboards, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled workflows
- Coordinate dependency resolution and escalate risks and decisions through governance forums
- Lead portfolio reviews and facilitate quarterly planning and synchronization
- Coach teams on Agile practices, planning discipline, and continuous improvement
