About the role
Glance provides personalized shopping experiences across mobile and TV using agentic intelligence and generative AI. This person will analyze business performance, develop insights and models, and drive cross-functional planning and execution for Glance TV.
What you'll do
- Analyze engagement, monetization, ad experience, and product performance
- Monitor dashboards and recommend actions based on trends
- Track performance, forecasting, and business planning with Ads, Analytics, and Finance
- Build reports, uncover insights, and develop business models
- Coordinate cross-functional execution and deliverables across global teams
- Prepare executive presentations, business updates, pitches, and strategic materials
