Senior Associate - FP&A

Glance operates consumer technology platforms for personalized shopping, live experiences and gaming. This FP&A analyst will manage revenue close and reporting, support forecasting and variance analysis, and automate finance processes.

• Own monthly revenue closure across businesses, markets and OEMs
• Resolve revenue variances, adjustments, accruals and reconciliation items
• Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards and management reports
• Partner with accounting teams on revenue recognition and audit-ready reporting
• Automate reporting using Databricks, Power BI and Excel
• Support P&L closure, forecasting and ad-hoc financial analysis
