About the role
Swiggy is an on-demand delivery platform that uses logistics and technology to serve customers across India. You will analyze fraud and user behavior, develop mitigation strategies, and report risk and operational metrics.
What you'll do
- Detect online fraud patterns such as collusion, multiple IDs and bonus abuse
- Use analytics to identify, prevent and mitigate fraud
- Translate insights into actionable business decisions
- Recommend process, system and policy fixes with Business and Product teams
- Define financial and operational metrics for real-time fraud detection
- Own daily, weekly and monthly KPI reporting
