About the role
Arctic Wolf builds cybersecurity technology, including its Aurora Platform, to help organizations manage security risks. You will lead a team developing and improving detection content across multiple telemetry sources for XDR coverage.
What you'll do
- Manage detection development teams and their day-to-day work
- Define and deliver detection roadmaps with Product and technical teams
- Oversee research, implementation, testing, tuning, and retirement of detections
- Set standards for detection quality, coverage, and false-positive rates
- Mentor team members and support their career development
- Lead Agile practices and improve delivery processes
