About the role
Egis provides engineering consulting and construction services for buildings and infrastructure. The Mechanical BIM Modeler will create and coordinate Revit models and construction documentation for HVAC and plumbing systems.
What you'll do
- Develop Revit models for HVAC and plumbing systems
- Prepare construction documentation from Revit models
- Lead multidisciplinary spatial coordination and clash detection
- Apply BIM standards, templates, and project delivery procedures
- Coordinate model delivery with international design centers
- Test design automation tools and workflows
