About the role

Newspace Research & Technologies develops products manufactured through production and industrialization processes. The Methods Engineer will develop and standardize manufacturing methods, plan production resources, and improve process quality and efficiency.

What you'll do

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows
Create manufacturing documentation and implement engineering changes
Develop production plans and optimize manpower, machines, and tooling
Coordinate tooling design, procurement, validation, and deployment
Conduct process risk assessments and support PFMEA and corrective actions
Lead Lean, Kaizen, and 5S productivity improvements
