Middle Office Trade Operations Specialist ( US Shift )

Caxton Associates manages client and proprietary capital through global investment strategies across asset classes and markets. This specialist will support trade and position lifecycles, controls, reconciliations, and daily P&L while working US market hours.

• Support portfolio management and execution desk teams
• Process trade confirmations, clearing, and settlements
• Reconcile positions with prime brokers and administrators
• Resolve operational breaks and maintain control processes
• Generate daily portfolio and firm-level P&L
• Streamline existing processes and implement improvements
