Product Controller

Caxton Associates is a hedge fund with investment teams across global offices. The Product Controller will explain P&L, perform valuation controls, guide junior colleagues and drive improvements to projects and processes.

• Explain daily P&L drivers and attribution to Portfolio Managers
• Guide junior Product Control team members in Bangalore
• Lead projects to improve valuation accuracy and operational efficiency
• Perform independent price verification and resolve pricing discrepancies
• Review daily, weekly and monthly valuation and position controls
• Investigate booking, valuation and P&L issues with partner teams
