Monitoring Engineer

Movado Group operates business-critical eCommerce, retail, ERP, and infrastructure systems across global regions. You will monitor system health, triage incidents, coordinate escalations, and improve alerting and operational handovers.

• Monitor enterprise applications, integrations, and infrastructure for incidents
• Triage alerts and classify incidents by severity and business impact
• Escalate incidents to L2 and L3 teams with diagnostic context
• Maintain incident tickets and provide status updates
• Recommend improvements to monitoring, alert quality, and automation
• Hand over operational incidents between shifts and regions
